SONKE is a dynamic athleisure brand developed as an internship brief during my time at Here Design. Inspired by the Southern African philosophy of Ubuntu,“I am because we are”, the brand explores how movement can create connection, community and collective wellbeing. Designed for young professionals, SONKE combines versatile clothing with shared experiences and outdoor exploration, moving beyond individual performance towards a more collective approach to wellbeing. The identity uses interconnected dots, flowing forms and tactile textures across branding, motion, apparel, events, labelling and packaging.
